certificates in $25 $50 $75 & $100 increments. You can select and purchase
a gift certificate here.
Do you
offer paper gift certificates?
We offer electronic
gift certificates that can be emailed to anyone right from your goobox
account. You also have the option to print out a gift
certificate to give (tip: use card stock when printing)

Do
you ship outside the US?
Yes. The shipping charges will be calculated based upon the address you've entered as your "ship to" address.

I place an order over the phone?
Sure.
Sometimes it's easier to talk to a real live human when placing an
order. We're

Do you
charge sales tax?
We are based in Sarasota, Florida
therefore we charge sales tax ONLY to any orders shipping to a Florida
address.

Paypal is our merchant provider which
allows you to pay with your Master Card, Visa, American Express &
Discover Card. We also accept goobox gift certificates as
payment as well.
What is the
status of my order?
We will email you every step of the
way, from receiving your order, processing & packing to when it
has shipped. You can also check the status of your order from
your account.

your website secure?
We do not collect any credit card information infact all payment information takes place on PayPal's secured servers.

Just email support and we'll make it right whether that means replacing your item or refunding your purchase.

you pay for return shipping?
If the problem is due to an error by goobox, we'll refund the shipping charge otherwise the customer will be responible for shipping the item back.

As a reseller, the warranty (if any) will be handled by the item manufacturer.

What
is included with free shipping?
Some of our items are shipped without a shipping charge. If a shipped free item is ordered with items that have shipping charge a weight based shipping charge will be calculated at check out.
Is
there any way to ship my order faster?
We offer multiple shipping options at time of check out.
When
will my order ship?
Most items ship out same business day. Orders placed over the weekend or during federal holidays will ship out the next business day.
How
will you ship my order?
Unless another methood is selected, all orders are shipped USPS.

At this time we are unable to provide a gift wrapping service.

Yes! It's easy. Just click the "add to wishlist" button on all the items you are interested in. Then you can either keep it to yourself or email the list to friends and family.
