Some items are made to order and will
require additional time to be shipped and received.

You may conveniently track your orders by clicking on the appropriate shipping company and entering the tracking number that you received in your shipment–confirmation email.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order from goobox.com. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, just return the item(s) for an exchange, credit or refund.

All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept back washed items (unless it's a vintage item of course). If a washed item is returned, it will be refused and you will be responsible for shipping charges to have it returned to you.

Please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice that was shipped along with your package. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like in return whether it be an exchange, refund or credit.

All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning. A copy of your invoice or packing slip works best.
